I think that in many cases (I know it is true in our Squadron) the IT  
Contact person is not necessarily the Webmaster - they are sometimes two  
different skill sets. I suggest that you have a Webmaster contact as well as a  
squadron ITCom contact. In the case where any contact person is no longer a  
member, I would suggest that it default to the Squadron or District 
(depending  on the contacts affiliation) Commander. Yes, having been a D/C I know 
that  a Commander has plenty to do, but at least the messages will get out to 
someone,  and it will act as a constant reminder that there is a problem.
