[Psml] Flare and Fire Extinquisher practice

R. D.,

I would suggest two steps your squadron should do before putting on a flare 
& Fire Extinguisher shoot.

1. Get permission from the person or persons that own the land when the demo 
will take place.

2. Ask for and make sure your local fire department is on site before you 
start.

Long Bay has had a couple of sessions with flares and fire extinguisher 
demos with adequate coverage and we had no problems. I' sure you'll get many 
more suggestions over the next few days, but 1 & 2 and the most important.
