[Psml] Seminar tri folds

I was really disappointed when I read through the new tri fold for the
Marine Radio seminar and could not locate a web site address.

 

If the thinking is that people are smart enough to put "United States Power
Squadron" into Google to find the web site we are really way over estimating
peoples drive to find an education source.
