R. Daybell,

Just my opinion from someone who has spent 35 years in the Marketing  
Communications and Advertising business -- brochures printed in black  
and white make no sense whatsoever.  This is a 4-color, digital, high  
definition society with cell phones that take pictures and  
blackberry's that send and receive eMails.  Black and White went out  
with the silent movies and gives the impression that USPS is  
completely out of date or cheap.  Go for a quality image commensurate  
with the education we provide.
