Greetings!
     My thanks to all who responded with ideas.  I found a 
replacement switch for my SkilSaw at:

              Eurton Electric Co. - Santa Fe Springs, California

     They seem to have all kinds of items for the older stuff (as 
well as the new).  You might want to give them a try if you are 
trying to repair some of your older electrical tools.
