[Psml] Merit Mark comments

Greetings!
      The problem is not the area monitors, the problem is that the 
area monitors do not communicate with each other as noted in the 
original message on this subject.  At one time, I did work for the 
squadron and for a national committee.  Neither was considered 
"sufficient" by the individual area monitors for a Merit Mark; but, 
combined would have been.
      I asked what was going on and after a good deal of time (and 
support from a number of members at both levels) was awarded a Merit 
Mark for that year.  Perhaps the "fix" would be an additional line on 
the Merit Mark report form of "Other USPS work"?
