Paul, if you would do a bit of looking at the USPS web site you will find  
what you are looking for by going to

On that page there is a link to merit mark criteria which will lead you to  
a page that states the 10 VSC inspection requirement.

Some  squadrons include hours, some don't. Some Districts require hours be  
entered when writing up merit marks, some don't. If you accomplish at
