lot of new commanders and other officers that are having their first
experience with any internet based function of the USPS other than
possibly getting a "list" of one sort or another, and it seems
relatively few use these lists, compared to the number of people we have
in responsible positions in the organization.<br><br>
The many people like John who have
little experience with computers and are now thrust, by a new office in
the USPS, into working with things like DB2000 that are not only
completely unfamiliar to them, but on an unfamiliar medium, the internet.
Someone saw fit to make this person a commander or the like and we need
to respect their choice and help their squadron (as a team would) to be a
stronger link of our overall fabric. None of us will benefit from tearing
new holes anywhere in the fabric!!! We simply need to understand that we
are all different and listen carefully to questions to interpret on what
level the best answer would be presented to achieve
understanding.<br><br>
