I am looking for the specific EPA rule that requires all recreational =
boats to catch all forms of drain water from running overboard by =
September 2008.  All gray water, all bilge water, water from washing =
ones boat, rain water, engine cooling water, deck runoff, etc..etc.. =
that must be collected instead of draining overboard.

This rule is supposed to levy a $32,000 per day fine if ones boat does =
not comply.
