<DIV>I'm sure that someone (probably a lot of people) will correct me if
I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that the ABC course was a joint
venture between USPS and the CGAux, and that as of now only USPS has the right
to the ABC course and the course title "America's Boating Course". The reason I
bring this up is that several CGAux flotillas have their course fliers
plastered all over Long Island, NY proclaiming that they are giving "America's
Boating Course". </DIV>
