real issue relating to on-the-water activities is liability. We have been
working on a total review of our insurance program with what appears to be some
very encouraging results. This is critical to our Boat Operator
Certification program as well as our classroom and other on-the-water
programs. The Board is due to review proposals shortly and make a
decision which hopefully will allow us to do what you are suggesting with adequate
coverage. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
