If I recall correctly, there were MANY members who became<BR>
highly ticked off at the treatment by CitiBank; excessive<BR>
charges, failures to post payments, etc.<BR>

I have seen nothing of an "official" credit card program in<BR>
quite a few years.<BR>
<BR>
The card may have sent some miniscule rewards to USPS<BR>
and squadrons, but the exhorbitant interest charges quickly<BR>
negated the desire of members to benefit USPS at great<BR>
personal cost to themselves.<BR>
