Good afternoon to all,
I have 2 items which I wish that you would rely to your departments and
committee chairpersons. The first is that the reimbursement for parking
to individuals who are eligible will be a maximum of $ 25.00 per day.
The second is printing copies at the hotel. We ( the budget committee)
would like to urge your departments and committees make all copies and
bring to the meeting rather than printing at the hotel. This is one
expense which has increased the last several meetings and needs to be
decreased. As a general note anything which we can do to control
expenses at this and future meetings would be greatly appreicated.
