Hello All,
I look forward to seeing you in New York. We have a couple of meetings
not on the schedule.
Our Secretary's Department Leadership meeting will be from 0900 to 1000 on
Thursday 17 August in the D/15 suite. I'll find out the suite number on
Wednesday and leave it at the voter registration table.
The Chief has called a special meeting for R/C's:
Hi everyone -
A special R/C's meeting has been setup during the NY GovBd. Stf/C's may
attend as substitutes in the absence of an R/C. The objective of the
meeting is to discuss EXPO options as related to the upcoming Annual
Meeting
in Jacksonville, FL (2007).
The R/C's Meeting will be held on Thursday, 17 Aug 2006 from 1100-1230 in
the C/C Suite (Room # 3405 - Presidential Suite).
Please accept my appreciation in advance for any assistance that you can
provide re distributing this information to the R/C's in your respective
departments.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in NY. Safe travels everyone.

Also, remember lunch Thursday at 1415 at TGIFridays. You should have
received the information by now. Please let Anne know your menu
selections.

We're all set for Thurs at 1415 at TGIFridays.
The contract that they faxed me today says they want count, menu selection
and payment on 8 Aug. That is also today. I call and we will guarantee 21
today and can raise it until Tues the 16th. I will sent her a check for
21. We can add later.
Menu selections are now:
TGIF Burger with lettuce, tomato and fries (Also can be with cheese.)
TGIF Turkey club with fries
Chicken Caesar salad
Vegetable Grill
Jack Daniel's Chicken with mashed potatoes and veg
All include Vanilla bean cheese cake or ice-cream
Unlimited coffee, tea, soda
If the group goes to 30 we still get the private area.
