Memo To:  USPS National Secretary's Department Leadership & Committee 
Chairman

Plans are to publish Secretary's Dept Newsletter - news from the Secretary's 
Dept just prior to the Norfolk GB.  To do that, and make an interesting 
newsletter, I need an article from each of our department's committee 
chairman.  If time is a problem for you, why not assign the task to your 
Stf/C or a committee member.


As many committees will not have an open meeting at the Norfolk GB due to 
the Expo, this is a great opportunity to communicate what's new in the USPS 
Secretary's Dept, what's happening in your committee, perhaps encourage 
participation,  and let the USPS membership know what a great job you all 
do!

Please send at your earliest convenience, but no later than  - 20 August. 
Graphics to enhance your article are always welcome!
