[Sec-l] Annual Meeting - Dallas, TX

Fellow officers and NMC committee members,

 

I have been informed by our Dallas Hyatt contact that during our February
Annual Meeting we will be sharing the hotel with another sizable group and
the hotel will potentially be sold out and full. He strongly suggests that
those members and officers that already know that they will or must attend
the meeting should make their reservations now or ASAP. He also informed me
that there has been a flood of reservations from our attendees already. It
is evident that many do not wish to be without proper accommodations, as
happened at our previous meeting in Norfolk. In addition to being informed,
please pass this important information to your individual committee members
and other USPS associates.
