[Sec-l] Roster Update

[Dave Hinders]

Attached is an updated department roster.  The update is the addition of Tom
Kemp, Manager of Marketing & Development.  Most of us had the pleasure of
meeting Tom in Norfolk and look forward to working with him in the future.
