Just a reminder that we will be holding the Secretary's Department
Leadership Meeting in the Secty/Treas suite on Thursday, 21 February from
10:30 to 11:30.  Check with registration for the room number.  The meeting
will be followed by the traditional Secretary/Treasurer "Bloody Mary"
reception for department and committee members from 11:30 to 12:15.

            Introduce incoming officers 

Brief "what's happening" report

  USPS Budgeting - Treasurer's department will explain the process, what's
expected, and answer questions.
