Memo To:  Secretary's Department Committee Chairman
 
Plans are to publish the Secretary's Dept E-newsletter just prior to the
Annual meeting.  To do that, and make an interesting newsletter, I need an
article from each of our department's committee chairman.
Please submit at your earliest convenience but no later than 31st January
2009  to Gloria.schulke at att.net
