    The new district directory for use with DB2000 is now available.  Here are the directions to download it to your computer:

As in previous years we have published the electronic version of the district directory for use with the DB2000 program. It can be found on the D/22 web site.  www.usps.org/localusps/d22

 Download the database from the ITCOM - Directory page. Save it to any convenient folder say "C:\Downloads" or whatever. For security the file is encrypted and it is not a ZIP file as in previous years. To decode the directory database you must be running DB2000 version 6.0.0 or higher. Start DB2000 and from the "File" menu select "District Directory Options/Install District Directory Database". In the resulting dialog enter the password:

 barbershop50   This password is case sensitive.

 Click the start button and find the file that you downloaded, it is named "DB22D.dbe". When decoding is complete, close the dialog. You may use the database by selecting it from "File/Select Primary Database" and highlighting the file "DB22D.mdb"

 If you find any errors, and I am sure you will, please forward these to Margaret Barber. We will endeavor to publish periodic updates this year.
