[StPete] Merit Marks

It has been some time since I have received any merit
mark recommendations for our members.  If an event
has already occurred then you need to send me merit
marks for the members who worked for you.  The last
merit marks I received were for Marine Quest in April.

I know there are 2 Safe Boating Classes ending soon.
I will be looking for merit marks from both classes.

It is always better to submit the merit marks soon after
the event so as not to forget anyone.  Would appreciate
any updates that you have.
