[StPete] Treasurer Needs some help

Are you someone who enjoys working on puzzles?  Are you someone who  likes 
searching for answers?  Are you detail oriented?  If you  answered yes to these 
questions, you are the person we are looking for.
 
As you are probably aware, our dues are now handled by National.   They 
process them and then deposit the Squadron's share into our banking  account.  That 
does not tell us the name of the members covered  by that deposit so we need 
to search on line in the records to determine who has  been billed from 
National, who has paid and who has not and who is covered  by that deposit.  In some 
cases, I have found that members who tried to pay  via credit card never got 
charged and are now showing up on the non  renewal list.  Others have paid by 
check but have not gotten a  cancelled check back and are showing up on the 
non renewal list.  Others  have paid but have never received their membership 
card.  In all  cases, the questions is Why?  The answer is in the reports on 
line.  I  don't think it will take a lot of hours, just a little commitment to 
keep  it current.  That's why I am asking for your  help.
