I have always felt we have very smart people in our Squadron. I can prove  it 
again, I would like to send out congratulations to Frank Gallina for becoming 
 our newest VE person. Frank passed the test on the very first try and has 
just  completed his 5 inspections with Ken Beckman. 
So what does that mean? We have to keep him BUSY. I know there is a lot of  
boats in the Apollo Beach and south bay area that needs inspections,  so e-mail 
him up and let him help you in keeping your boat safe. He can be  reach at
