[StPete] Our Newest VE

It gives me great pleasure to announce  that Charles Petrites has  completed 
all of his requirements and is our newest VE in the Squadron. Charles  is so 
new that he does not have his E number yet from national. He completed his  
requirements with Ken  and did an additional 6 inspections on his  own.  Glenn
