[StPete] Southeastern Guide Dog Open House

We have many good organizations in the St. Pete area, but we have only one  
outstanding group of people.
The Southeastern Guide dogs will be having a open house on May 23 2009 from 
 9:00 AM to 11:AM. You can do the following :
1. Puppy Hugging
2. Tour the 23 -acre Campus
3. Demonstrations and Blindfold walks
What make this an outstanding organization is that they take no government  
money and provide the dogs at no cost to the user. All of there funds come 
from  Sponsors and the general public. The average dog cost about $60,000.00 
to train  and get ready for the user.
Louise and I are proud to be part of the Paws for Patriots program. This  
program provides guide dogs for wounded servicemen from Iraq who lost there 
eye  site in battle.
