Tierra Verde Bridge.  After Bridge, continue 1.3 miles to Sands Point Drive
(Mercantile Bank on left).  Turn left on Sands Point Drive and cross little
bridge.  Turn left on 3rd Ave. S..  Continue to 219 8th St. E.  Shivers home
has tall stairs at front.  Use stairs or enter downstairs door and use
elevator.
