1. KAYAKING: If you plan to kayak, please arrive
at the Kayak Outpost no later than 1000 (they open at 0900). I have already
told them we will need to rent about 12 double or single kayaks and I know
many of you are bringing your own. They have agreed to give us a 20%
discount off their prices and they do take MC or Visa or cash.

2. COOKOUT: If you are coming only for the
cookout, you can go straight to Shelter #12 around 1130. Cost is $6 per
person. We will eat at 1200. I will provide the food, drink, plates, and
utensils for those who have signed up.

Other details: Ft DeSoto has much to offer including the historic Fort,
gift shop, bike rentals, fishing pier, GREAT beach, paved walking/bicycle
trail and campground. Bring your sunscreen, beach chairs, etc. if you are
so inclined to make the most of the day.

FINALLY-I am buying the food based on the attendees above-if you have not
gotten your name on the list before now, make sure you CALL or EMAIL me
ASAP. By Wednesday, it will be too late. (727) 864-6560 or

Take Pinellas Bayway South (SR 679) all the way to the end (stop sign).
TURN RIGHT. Kayak Outpost is on the right about 1 1/2 miles and Shelter #12
is almost directly across the street on the LEFT. I have a map I can send
to those who want it-just email me back and I'll send it.

SEE YOU SATURDAY!!!

Dawn
