Although we have not yet received our copy of the latest ENSIGN, I was pleased to 
learn that Karen Wacker's article about our Sea Scouts is in the new issue.  My
thanks not only to Karen for writing it but to Burry Warner, our ENSIGN correspondent,
who submitted the article and the pictures. Thanks to you both!
