To Webmasters for USPS Squadrons and District Websites
=20
Just a reminder that in a little more than two weeks from now, the =20
evaluations will begin for the 2004 WebAward. The websites that will be in=
cluded in=20
the evaluations are those that have an active link from the list of squadro=
ns=20
on the USPS website on September 1, 2004. You may want to visit that list=20=
to=20
assure your website will be included. If you cannot connect with your=20
website from that list your website will not be considered for this years a=
ward.
=20
One item that will be considered this year is the timeliness of the various=20=
=20
WebPages. For those pages that list dates of future meetings and education=
al=20
programs, those pages should be up to date. Annual information such as=20
bridge officer listings should be for the current year.

=20
Good luck to all of you. The amount of time you have spent on the =20
development and management of the website certainly indicates an above avera=
ge  support=20
of USPS and it=E2=80=99s policy of boating safety through education. Your =20=
efforts=20
are appreciated.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the above email addres=
