Asking for a bit of clarification here if I may?

Some of the websites I have seen have "running calendars", and I have
incorporated this concept into a full-year tabular calendar page. After a
month passes, I change the color of the text to reflect that the information
is past. I have a bookmark link and "top of page" links for easy and
convenient navigation between the months of the calendar page, and
I feel like this says "Since you have things on your calendar that are more
than 30 days old, you're disqualified." How will this affect the evaluation of
my squadron's page?

And also, when you say

"In rule #11 if the website is over 90 days out of date it may be
removed
from active linkage to the USPS website list of squadron websites. For
the Webawards program the schedules may not be over 30 days old
before the website will be disqualified for evaluation. Less than
30 days
will result in some reduction in score for that item."

I see it to mean that we cannot show photos, information, or descriptions
of activities that are older than three months. How does the display of said
information serve to be a disqualifier, if we are specifically saying that the
activities are past? I don't think I understand exactly what this rule
states. I
am a relatively new webmaster, as the former one was not able to keep up
the page, due to his job. I don't have access to all the imagery and content
that he did, and I am also having a little trouble getting other persons in the
squadron to reply to my requests for content for their areas of specialty.

My Calendar and Activities pages are two of the most updated and edited
pages on the site, and this seems like it's saying we can't talk about past
events for fear of disqualification. Common sense tells me this cannot
be so, but this is what the letter of the rule reads to me.

Any way someone could check out these pages to see if the fail the test?

They can be found from the Contents bar on the main page at:

Thanks for the clarification, when it comes...

Cordially,
