[USPS-Webmasters] WebMaster Changes

I have found out the procedure is well document but obscure in the fact 
that an authorized password protected User must access the squadron data 
base to change the information.

It is easy, it is the second changeable slot in the squadron roster 
information. You can access this information without a password but you 
need a password to change it.

Now having problems logging into my USPS established account   -  530 login 
incorrect - LOL

I'll solve it hopefully
