[USPS-Webmasters] Wealth of Information

I am sorry that you felt treated harshly. But for your complain to be valid,
you need to document it.
This way, it would help us fix what needs to be fixed.

For instance, you said you read and re-read the web pages.

Can you provide a list of the pages you read?
Can you indicate where did you look?
Were would you like to see the information?
How do we better organize the pages?

I have dealt with many webmasters, some were extremely proficient. They got
a change of webmaster done in one day!! Others were ... slow. Took them more
than three months. And the procedure takes only two steps. If I have to take
a guess, it seems to me that they skim-read, just reading the first part of
each paragraph. No wonder they can't find the information. Is my guess
wrong?

Do you want change? Help us help you. Make your case. The way you complain
doesn't help. Answer the questions above.

Lt Miguel Long, JN
USPS Server Administrator
