I did not make my statement to complain. I made the statement so perhaps something can be changed. I must say again, harsh treatment goes along way further then kind treatment.
In answer to your questions I will outline my confusion, perhaps something will change to better inform our hard working members and prevent further confusion. You have yourself stated that other members, beside me have been confused by what is on the web page. Is that not enough to tell you perhaps the process for changing webmasters could be just a little bit clearer?
I will out line exactly the process as I read it and still read it. And provide links as requested.

Step one states :
If you would like to have your Squadron, District, or Committee web site housed on the ITCom
no where on this page does it state If you your pages are CURRENTLY housed on the ITcom server. . . . so right off the bat one must question if they are reading the correct information to gain access to their squadron's web pages.
Step two states
All members (website adminstrators or owners) who recieve logins on the ITCom system will be required to provide the ITCom with their name, telephone number, e-mail address, and URL
THis is confusing in the fact that It does not state that it is a requirement to provide this information before having a login, in fact if you read it literally it states the reverse.
The second part of this paragraph states there is a tool for keeping this information up to date.
I followed the steps outlined in step one, and the squadron tool was used. I was waiting for my login, as stated in step two, (please keep in mind I was not even sure if I was following the correct procedure and I was not asking for new web space.)

How do we better organize the pages?
