I'm guessing that the judges intend our web sites to be a portal to a
wide range of boating information, not just about ourselves.  That might
get the general public to return to our sites again and again.

Yes, looking at the score criteria is very interesting! I was surprised
how many points are given for linking to non-USPS sights! Certainly
those are easy points, but of limited value to the USPS or its
squadrons, it seems.
