[USPS-Webmasters] Website update notes

Bill....I appreciate getting this reminder. I just went back and looked
our site over, and found a few references to the United States Power
Squadrons without using the registered mark. In the process of
correcting both sites now, along with replacing the VSC decal.
By the way, I'm sure most webmasters know this, but to include the
registration mark in the text, the html tag is "®", without the quotes.
