[USPS-Webmasters] USPS Web Awards Program 2008

This is a heads up to all of you who are managing one or more of the USPS  
squadron and district web sites.  At the recent USPS Annual meeting our new  C/C 
Creighton Maynard, SN coined a new saying for USPS.  It is "Boating is  fun 
.. We'll show you how"  This is certainly an appropriate tag line to be  added 
to your web site.  If you put this on your home page, under the  subtitle 
requirement in a legible font, color and size, it will be worth two  points in the 
scoring for the 2008 Web Awards.
 
Also, the web site graphics page has been relocated to the ITCom  server.

The guidelines for 2008 Web Award program will be posted early in  April.  
Very few changes, other than the above tag line which will replace  the animated 
graphics item, which was less than popular the past few  years.
