I am glad to hear that we are eliminating the animated graphics line item.
While animated graphics certainly grab your attention, and they definitely
work well on some websites, I don't feel that anyone should be penalized for
-not- using animated graphics.
Animated graphics are just a little "1990's" IMHO.
