[ve-l] Register for "I Want A VSC"

Ahoy VEs,

It has come to our attention that most USPS VEs are not registered for the
online "I Want a VSC" system. This is a voluntary list so each VE must sign
up to be included on the list. This is a simple process. All you have to do
is go to the USPS VSC home page http://www.usps.org/national/vsc/  and click
on “Register for the Online VE Locator” on the left hand menu. This will
take you to the signup page where registration is near the bottom of the
page.

Even if you believe you have registered in the past, you should double check
that you are actually on the list.
