[ve-l] I Want a VSC- online capability

Hi Ken,

I have heard this from a number of VEs. I believe the problem has to do with
the lack of public knowledge of the online "I Want a VSC" availability.
Maybe our local squadrons could do more to publicize it. I know that when we
participate in local public events where we highlight the VSC program, we
see many people from areas outside our normal range of operation. Including
information about the online "I Want a VSC" availability in our handout
literature might help.
