[ve-l] Online VSC reporting for Apprentice/Sea Scout VEs

I note with interest that, as of just moments ago,
one is still prevented from entering an Apprentice/Sea Scout
certificate number (e.g., APnnnn) into the online reporting
form.

This is obviously nothing more than the form designer's
"entry format check" embedded into the form itself.
The resulting screamer response is much too quick to be
anything else.

I've only been waiting for at least five months, now.
I find it morally difficult to encourage young people to
become VEs when I know I will be unable to report
their efforts.

I guess USPS just doesn't want young people involved.

Oh well.  At this rate, it'll all be over soon.
