 Barclay and Mike,

The folks at headquarters checked the files and error records for these
situations and found the following: problems with your inputs:

- That Saybrook had 4 records with 'NO-REGIS' for the vessel registration
number. The system allows duplicates for 'NON-REGIST' or 'NON REGIST' as
registration numbers only. Others are rejected as errors. [You should
re-submit those four]

- That only 10 records received from Waukegan (not 11) [ you should double
check your copies]
