[ve-l] Suggestion & Missing Entries (Part 2)

Greetings  --

As I send in my online entries at home, and have an inkjet printer 
for which i haven't figured out how to have it print in B&W, would it 
be possibe to have the form's field that lists the VSCs that are being 
sent have a white background?  I'm using an awful lot of yellow ink! 

In checking the 2006 Reports, I've also noticed that about half of our 
reported VSCs are not on the list.  This dates from when my browser 
(NetScape 7.2) no longer brought up the form, although nothing else 
on my system changed.  I thought I was lucky in having been able to 
save a copy of the sreport.pdf, which I was able to open up, save as 
a separate file (I have the Adobe Writer 4.0), fill it in, and it appeared 
to send the report when I hit the send button.  

I suppose I'm doing something wrong, but our  Commander will 
probably have me hauled through some of the bilges on boats that 
didn't pass their VSCs if I can't figure out how to get these reports in.  

I have the files I tried to send - any suggestions?  I can open up these 
files from within my browser, but have not tried sending from there as 
I don't know if  there is some behind-the-scenes skulduggery  going on 
which would keep this from working.   

BTW, PLEASE don't suggest using MS Explorer - I'm not going to open 
up its security holes on my machine.  8^)
