The letter from R/C Ron LaPlante to USPS Vessel Examiners, Fact Sheet and
Survey Summary are on the USPS VSC web pages
http://www.usps.org/national/vsc/dsc.html . The instructions for submitting
the results of the survey differ for USPS VEs is different that for USCGAux
VEs so it is important to go here for instructions.

A note on the fact sheet - it has the USCG Aux logo in the upper right. That
can be removed and the USPS logo placed instead. You might want to add a
blurb in the footer area that promotes either your local squadron or the
USPS.
