Tom,
Both of those links in my Email of 23 June; 0759 should be active and
will take you directly to the sites indicated, unless your email
program won't display them as such. If not, cut the entire link
(between the arrows) and paste it directly into your web browser and
hit 'Go'.

The second link
<http://www.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/cfrassemble.cgi?title=200433> will
take you to the 'National REcords and Archives Administration' page
'Code of Federal Regulations' where you can select and search or browse
the available info.
'Search Title 33 Navigation and Navigable Waters' in the Search Title
box should already be checked. Go over to 'Browse Parts' and click on:
'125-199', that takes you to the 'Title 33' page
(URL:<http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_04/33cfrv2_04.html>),
scroll down to '173- Vessel Numbering...' and click to open the
document page
(http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_04/33cfr173_04.html) where
you have access to text or pdf versions of all the sub-section
documents.
Specifically, in this case, you want '173.27 Numbers: Display; size;
color.'
If you print it in either its entirety or edited for size/content, make
sure you include the top 12 lines: header, title, etc. to identify it
as the real document.

IF this doesn't help, send me an email and I'll send you the data (tell
me .pdf or .txt version, or both they're not big) and I'll fire them
off directly to you.
