Mike, the way I have printed detailed copies is to print the form as a 
pdf file before hitting the submit button. When you hit 'Print' your 
printer control page should give you the option to 'Save as PDF'. If it 
does not, look on the web for 'PDF 995' or one of the many other free 
(or very inexpensive) pdf creators out there.
That, and saving all the 7012s, and you can, sort of, find the possible 
missing checks.
