No, nothing has changed on the server end. I just rechecked it an it still
comes up as originally designed.

Has the upload page been changed? The form seems to be in a newer PDF style,
and doesn't want to function any longer.
1-Now has the various pdf toolbar buttons across the top, I don't remember
them from before 2-The text boxes fill with smaller type size 3-Tabbing
through the form skips from 'Date' down to the bottom-center to an
invisible-until-now 'USPS VSC Report' box; then to a blank text box in the
middle of the form 4-Tab will not go to 'Pass' box 5-'Add' button doesn't do
anything

Have tried with both Safari and Firefox (IE won't even begin to open the
page) with the same results.
