[ve-l] VSC Upload Page

I guess luck has triumphed over skill in my case.  I have been submitting 
completed VSC data since 2/19.  I make copies before sending, as one does 
with all correspondence.  I check www.usps.org/national/hq/vsrpt2.txt after 
a few working days to see if all examiners received their credit, and to 
date all is perfect.

Dislike weighing in, but contrary to current discussion I find no problem 
with the system.
