Mike & All,

The first step of verification, of course, is to print copies of your report
before clicking on the Submit button. Next is to assure that you receive the
"Thank You ---" screen after you click Submit. Once you have gotten this far
correctly the only way, at the current time, for members to check for errors
is to review the totals reported on the web site and compare those with what
was submitted. Headquarters is now trying to transfer the data to the web
site report on a daily. Please understand that this is the intent but they
may not always be able to accomplish this due to other workloads.

When you see a apparent discrepancy the answer to the problem, based on
experience to date, is going to be found in the printed copy compared to the
VSC forms from which the input was made. The errors so far have all been
found here.

We will look into the possibility of a creating an error report on the web
for VSC chairs to use as reference. I'm not sure what this will take so
after researching it I will post a note on the mailing list.

Thanks for everyone's patience.

Regards,

Bob

I'd also like to know if there is a way to print out a detailed list of
submitted VSC's rather than just totals that can be used as a cross
reference to determine which if any forms are missing so that they can be
re-submitted.

Hi,

As Bruce asked - Is there a way a Squadron can check which VSCs have been
accepted into the data base ?
