Please see my answer on this general subject to the group. We don't have a
process to do this at the current time. I am looking into the possibility of
providing something along this line. Stay tuned.

If I,  or another VSC Chairman, submit a completed VSC report and it it is
not accepted, is there any way that we know that it has not been accepted?
