Hello Bill,

Let us see if we can diagnose this. I would like to start with a few
questions.
1) What kind of computer are you using, Mac or PC?
2) What browser and version are you using?
3) What version of Adobe Reader do you have installed?

With the answers to these we can at least get started.

Can anyone tell me why when I submit VSC's using the new on-line
submission method that I receive an error message as follows:  "Cannot
Handle Content Type/HTML" ?   I have submitted information before with no
problem, but only two of nine submissions have been recorded by National
for my squadron.
